Clinical Observation of Modified ErchenDecoction Combined withWestern Medicine inthe Treatmentof Elderly CommunityAcquired Pneumonia with Syndrome of Phlegm-damp Obstructing Lung

Abstract：ObjectiveTobservethelinicalfectofmodifiedErchendecoctioncombinedwithwestemedicineinthetreatmentfelderly community-acquiredpeumoniawithsynromeofegmdampbstructinglungMethodsAoalof64elderlycommunityacquiredpeoa patientswithsydroeofpgdstructingungheretreaedinepingHspitalofTditioalCineseMedicinefromJauary2o March202wereseleedstseachectsccodingtothndomumberableetodteyeredvidedintootrolgoupndudy group，with32patientsieachgroup.hecontrolgrouastreatedwithconventioalwestemedicinndthesudygroupastreatedith modifedErfaluci breathdisaialel （PCT），neutrophil ratio （NEUT % ），white bloodcellcount （WBC），C-reactive protein （CRP）]levels，andTCMsyndromes （cough，fever，expectoration， chest tightness，fatigue） scores were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with 7 5 . 0 0 % of the total effectiverateof thecontrol group， the total effective rate of the study group was higher，reaching 9 6 . 8 8 % （ P<0 . 0 5 ） .Compared with the control group，the disappearance time of cough， thedisappearaforsofattotioiftiotovifdmpureda of rales in the study group were shorter .Compared with before treatment，the levelsof WBC， ，CRP and PCT in the two groups decreased after treatment，and compared with the control group，the levels of WBC， N E U T % ，CRP and PCTin the study group were lower after treatment（ P<0 . 0 5 ） .Comparedwithbeforetreatment，thescoresofTCMsymptomsinthetwogroupsdecreasedaftertreatment，andcomparedwith the control group，the scores of TCM symptoms in the study group were lower after treatment（ .Conclusion Modified Erchen decoction combinedwithwesteedicineasdfitelinicaleectintetreamentoflderlyommunityacqidpeumoiapatientsithsdrof phlegm-ampbstructinglung，hichcanaccelerateteimprovementofclinicalsmtomsandreduceinflammatoryrespose.Itisworthyf clinical application.

老年社區(qū)獲得性肺炎（communityacquiredpneumoniaintheelderly）指的是患者在院外發(fā)生的感染性肺實質炎癥，發(fā)病率、死亡率較高，已成為社會各界高度重視的公共衛(wèi)生問題[12]。（剩余4947字）
