小兒肺炎（childrenwithpneumonia）為兒科高發(fā)疾病，多由病原體下行感染所致，常伴有咳嗽、咳痰、氣促等典型表現(xiàn)，易引發(fā)通氣功能障礙，若未及時(shí)治療，可導(dǎo)致病情加重，增加患兒心臟損害風(fēng)險(xiǎn)[1，2]。（剩余5142字）
