Abstract：ObjectiveTompareteectsofoubliisodoubleplateintealfitiondulateralckingplateintealfixatiooknee varusangleadosterislogleinpatientsithiballatefrtuesethosAotalf6patitsitibalplateufracturesitdo YiyangCountyolesospitalroaytustreleedseeseachbectodigtothdoumbrbeeod theyweredividedintocontrolgoupandstudygroup，with31patientsinachgoup.Thecontrolgroupastreatedwithuilateralckingplate interalfixationdthudosatedwitoublesiooublelateintealfiatioTheratiodecovrdetio tie （ainfuctioiild qualityfilads tieofthesuoornatofolaieodlossisiooeai fracture healing time，ambulation time and hospitalization time were lower than those of the control group .After treatment，the knee function score of the study group was higher than that of the control group .The excellent and good rate of knee joint functionin the study group was 9 6 . 7 7 % ，and the excellent and good rate of knee joint function in the control group was 7 4 . 1 9 % ，the difference was statistically significant（ P<0 . 0 5 ） = Aftertreatment，theknee pronationangleandcasterangleof thestudygroup werelowerthanthoseofthecontrolgroup（ P<0 . 0 5 .After treatment，the quality of life scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group（ P<0 . 0 5 ） .Conclusion Double incision double plate internal fixatioisoifsialarcuel jointfunctionndqualityofife，asellasthekneejointvarusanglendposteriorslopeangle.Itisorthyoflinicalapplication.
