[Abstract]Objective: To explore differential diagnosis value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in benign and malignant thyroid micronodules of thyroid imaging reporting and data system (TI-RADS) 4 type.Method:A retrospective analysis method wasadopted.Atotalof100patients (118 nodules)withthyroid micronodulesclassfied

as TI-RADS 4 type by conventional ultrasound examination,who were admitted to Shangrao People's Hospital from January2020 to January 2023were selected, and all patients underwent CEUS examination.Using cytological examination results as the gold standard, benign nodules were included in the benign group ( n =69) and malignant nodules were included in the malignant group ( n =49).The CEUS parameters (rise time, time to peak and mean transition time)of thetwo groups werecompared,and thevalue of CEUS indifferential diagnosis of benign and malignant TI-RADS type 4 thyroid micronodules was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. Result:Therisetime,timeto peak and mean transition time of the malignant groupwere shorter than those of the benign group, the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05). The area under the curve of the combination of rise time, timetopeak and mean transition time in thediagnosis of thyroidmalignant micronodules was higherthan that of singledetection (P
