[Abstract]Objective： To explore the clinical effct of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with nerve stimulation inthetreatment of piriformis syndrome and its influenceon nerveconduction.Method：A totalof 100 patients with piriformis syndromeadmitted tothe Third Afiliated Hospitalof Changchun Universityof Chinese MedicinefromJanuary 2023 to June 2024 were selected.They were divided into control groupand observation group according torandom numbertablemethod，with 50cases in each group.The control groupwastreated with nerve stimulation，and the observation group was treated with thunder-firemoxibustion combined with nerve stimulation. The total efective rate， pain degree， Oswestry disability index and nerve conduction status （common peroneal nerve conduction velocity，common peroneal nerve conduction latency and CMAP amplitude） were compared between the two groups.Result：Thetotalefectiverate oftheobservation group was significantlyhigherthan thatofthe control group （ P <0.05）. Before treatment， there were no significant differences in the composition of pain degree， Oswestry disability index and nerve conduction status between the two groups （ P >0.05）. After 1 course and 2 courses of treatment，thecompositionof paindegreeoftheobservation groupwere significantlybeterthan thoseof the control group，thescores ofOswestrydisabilityindexwerelower thanthose ofthecontrol group，the commonperoneal nerve conduction velocity were higher than those of the control group，CMAP amplitude were higher than those of the control group，and thecommon peroneal nerve conductionlatency were significantlyshorter than those ofthe control group （ P <0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with nerve stimulation in thetreatmentofpiriformissyndrome is good，whichcanefectivelycontrolthediscomfortandimprovethefunctional state，italsohasagoodefectonimprovingthenerveconductionandhashighapplicationvalueinthepatientswith piriformis syndrome.

梨狀肌綜合征患者的臀部疼痛及下肢放射性疼痛為主要表現(xiàn)，嚴重影響到患者的生活質(zhì)量，是診治需求較高的一類疾病[1-2]。（剩余5643字）
