[Abstract]Objective:To analyzethe effcts of Dulaglutide on blood glucose and liver cirrhosis indexes in patients with type 2diabetes mellitus.Method:A total of 80patients with type2diabetes melltus complicated withliver cirrhosis admitted to Ganzhou Fifth People's Hospital from January to December 2022were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into control group and observation group by random drawing method, with 40 cases in eachgroup.The control groupwas treated with insulin,and the observation groupwas treated with Dulaglutideonthe basisof the controlgroup.Blood glucose andlivercirrhosis index were compared between the two groups.Result: Onthe 30th, 90th and18Othdays oftreatmentand1 year after treatment, the fasting blood glucose (FBG) and 2 h postprandialblood glucose (2 h PBG)levels inthe observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05 ). On the 18Oth days of treatment and 1 year after treatment,theliver stiffness measurement(LSM)of theobservation group werelowerthan those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05) .
