Application Effect of Music Therapy Combined with Knee CPM Training in the Early Stage after Total Knee Arthroplasty/LIU Tangyong. //Medical Innovation of China， 2025， 22（11）： 095-098

[Abstract]Objective： To explore the application effect of music therapy combined with knee continuous passivemention （CPM）training in the early stage after total knee arthroplasty.Method：A total of 42 patients with knee ostoarthritis admited to from January 2022 toDecember 2023 were selected. According to theintervention measures， the patients were divided into observation groupand control group，with21 cases ineach group.All patients underwent totalknee arthroplasty.The control groupreceived routine rehabilitation training after surgery， and the observation group received knee CPM training and music therapy intervention based on routine rehabilitation training after surgery. Knee pain degree，anxiety degree， sleep quality and knee motion range were statistically analyzed in the two groups before surgery and 1，3 and 5 d after surgery.Result： On the 1 ，3 and 5 d after operation，the scores of visual analogue scale（VAS），self-rating anxiety scale （SAS）and selfrating sleep status scale （SRSS） inobservation group were lower than those in control group， andthe maximum knee bending angleatoperative side werelarger than those incontrol group，thediffrenceswere statisticallsignificant （ P <0.05）.Conclusion： In the early stage after total knee replacement， music therapy combined with knee CPM trainingcanrelievekneepain，educeanxietyimprove sleepqualityimprovekneemotionange，and promote faster and better recovery of patients.

隨著進(jìn)人到老齡化社會，老年人口增多，膝關(guān)節(jié)骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的發(fā)病率隨之增高，其治療方式根據(jù)膝關(guān)節(jié)骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的嚴(yán)重程度不同而有所不同[2-3]，但全膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)是治療嚴(yán)重膝關(guān)節(jié)骨關(guān)節(jié)炎最為有效的治療方式，它可以明顯減輕膝關(guān)節(jié)疼痛，糾正膝關(guān)節(jié)畸形，改善膝關(guān)節(jié)功能，提高生活質(zhì)量。（剩余6375字）
