[Abstract]Objective: To analyze theclinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis (MIPPO)combined with locking compression plate (LCP)internal fixation in the treatment of patients with distal tibial fractures.Method: A total of 103 patients with distal tibial fracture admitted to Longnan First People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group ( n =50) and observation group (n=53) by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional open reduction and internal fixation, and the observation group was treated with MIPPO + LCP internal fixation.Operativeparameters,activityofdailylivingscale(ADL)score,treatment effectandpostoperative complications between the two groups were compared. Result: The operation time and fracture healing time of the observation groupwere shorter than those of the control group,andthe intraoperative bloodlosswas less than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05). Before operation, there was no significant difference in ADL scores between the two groups ( P>0.05 ). At 6 months after operation, the ADL score of he observation groupwaslower than that ofthe control group,the diffrence was statistically significant ( P <0.05). The total effectiverate of treatment in the observation groupwas higher than thatin the control group,and the total complication rate was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statisticaly significant ( P <0.05).
Conclusion: MIPPO +LCP internal fixation in the treatment of distal tibial fractures has a significant effect, which can helpto improve the surgical processreducecomplications,efectively improve theabilityofdaily living,and improve the overall prognosis of patients.

脛骨遠端解剖結構特殊,在外力作用下容易出現(xiàn)骨折,手術是脛骨遠端骨折重要的治療手段,但由于脛骨遠端與踝關節(jié)相鄰,內(nèi)固定面積小,且小腿前內(nèi)側(cè)部分軟組織覆蓋較弱,不能提供足夠的血液供應,給手術方案的選擇帶來了一定的難度。(剩余5620字)
