Clinical Study of Guizhi Fuling Capsules Combined with Ceftriaxone Sodium in the Treatment of Endometritis/TIAN Xing. //Medical Innovation of China， 2025， 22（11）： 057-061

[Abstract]Objective： To study the clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling Capsules combined with Ceftriaxone Sodiuminthe treatment ofpatients withendometritis.Method：This study was completedbyrandomizedcomparison method.70 patients with endometritis whowere admitted to the Obstetrics Department of Beijing Huairou Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were randomly divided into study group （n=35）and control group （n=35） by case random drawing method. The control group was treated with Ceftriaxone Sodium， while the study group was treatedwith Guizhi Fuling Capsules combined with Ceftriaxone Sodium.The clinical effect， duration of clinical symptom remisson， WHOQOL-BREF scores， levels of correlation factors and incidence of adverse reactions were comparedbetweenthetwo groups.Result：Theclinicaltotaleectiverateofthestudy groupwashigherthan thatof the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05） . lower abdominal distension，abnormal leucorrhea）remission times ofthe study groupwere earlier than those of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （ P<0.05） . After treatment， the WHOQOL-BREF scores of the study group werehigher than those of the control group，the diferences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）. After treatment， the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF）， tumor necrosis factor- α （TNF -α ） hypoxia-inducible facton -1α （HIF- lα ），interleukin- 1β （IL- 1β ）in the study group were lower than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （ P> 0.05）.Conclusion： Guizhi Fuling Capsules combined with Ceftriaxone Sodium can effectively treat endometritis，rapidlyrelieveclinical symptoms，improve quality of life， reduce inflammation， and be safe to use.

子宮內(nèi)膜炎為生育期女性多發(fā)且常見的盆腔炎性病變，主要指支原體、衣原體、細(xì)菌等穿透子宮頸后侵人子宮內(nèi)膜，引發(fā)局部炎癥反應(yīng)，患者主要臨床癥狀為白帶增多、下腹痛、月經(jīng)或陰道分泌物異常等，部分重癥患者伴有發(fā)熱、頭痛、寒戰(zhàn)、食欲下降、心率加快等癥狀，此類癥狀反復(fù)發(fā)作，可導(dǎo)致患者生活質(zhì)量顯著降低-2]。（剩余5454字）
