《美芹十論》《九議》中辛棄疾的抗金策略與措施

摘要：辛詞慷慨縱橫，其文也氣貫山河，尤其是奏議《美芹十論》和《九議》，集中體現(xiàn)了他堅(jiān)決反對(duì)投降的抗金策略和逐漸成熟的抗金措施，從以戰(zhàn)為守的激勵(lì)士氣、積極備戰(zhàn)，到以守為戰(zhàn)的先定規(guī)模、持久后決，辛棄疾論戰(zhàn)“氣”、審時(shí)勢(shì)，獻(xiàn)計(jì)謀，寫(xiě)出“萬(wàn)字平戎策”。

Xin Qiji’s Anti-Jin State Strategies and Measures

in Ten Suggestions of Meiqin and Jiuyi

Abstract： Xin Qiji’s lyrics are magnificent， and his prose is also imposing， especially Ten Suggestions of Meiqin and Jiuyi which embody his anti-Jin State strategies of resolutely opposing surrender and gradually mature measures. He suggested fighting for defense to boost morale for war preparation and defensing for fight to determine the scale for the long term. Xin Qiji discussed “qi”in wars， assessed situations， offered strategies， and wrote “strategies of tens of thousand of words for eradicating barbarians”.
