物流企業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型路徑及成效研究
——以S公司為例
摘 要:數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型已成為物流行業(yè)發(fā)展的必然趨勢。為探究物流企業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的路徑及成效,文章以S公司為例,深度剖析S公司數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的路徑和舉措,分析數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型對物流企業(yè)的影響。以期為我國物流企業(yè)的數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型提供思路,提升現(xiàn)代物流企業(yè)的核心價值,保障物流企業(yè)有針對性地進行轉(zhuǎn)型與升級。

Abstract: Digital transformation has become an inevitable trend in the development of the logistics industry. In order to explore the path and effect of digital transformation of logistics enterprises, the paper takes S Company as an example to deeply analyze the path and measures of digital transformation of S Company and analyzes the impact of digital transformation on logistics enterprises. It is expected to provide ideas for the digital transformation of Chinese logistics enterprises, enhance the core value of modern logistics enterprises, and ensure the targeted transformation and upgrading of logistics enterprises.
