農(nóng)村快遞取件二次收費的現(xiàn)狀及對策研究

摘 要：隨著電商行業(yè)的發(fā)展，農(nóng)村快遞業(yè)務快速發(fā)展，然而農(nóng)村快遞取件二次收費問題卻給消費者帶來了困擾。針對此現(xiàn)象，文章分析了農(nóng)村快遞取件二次收費的現(xiàn)狀，并結(jié)合其原因和農(nóng)村快遞網(wǎng)點運營的SWOT分析提出了對應建議，以期為快遞行業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供理論借鑒。

Abstract： With the development of e-commerce， rural express delivery has experienced rapid growth. However， the issue of second delivery fee for rural express delivery has caused difficulties. This paper analyzes the current situation of second delivery fee for rural express delivery， and proposes relevant suggestions by combining its reasons and SWOT analysis of rural express delivery store operation， in order to provide reference for the sustainable development of express delivery industry.
