物流企業(yè)內(nèi)部控制研究

——以A公司為例

摘 要：近年來(lái)，隨著物流行業(yè)的發(fā)展，物流企業(yè)也不斷發(fā)展壯大，在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的地位也越來(lái)越重要。由于我國(guó)物流行業(yè)起步較晚，在其發(fā)展進(jìn)程中，還存在著諸多問(wèn)題。其中，物流企業(yè)在內(nèi)部控制方面還存在著較為嚴(yán)重的問(wèn)題，文章以A物流公司為例，針對(duì)A公司內(nèi)部控制存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析并提出了改善措施和建議。

Abstract： In recent years， with the development of the logistics industry， logistics enterprises also continue to develop and grow， and the position in the whole national economy is becoming more and more important. Due to the late start of China's logistics industry， there are still many problems. Among them， the problems existing in the internal control are the most serious. This paper selects A Company as an example to analyze the existing problems and puts forward suggestions for improvement.
