Abstract:Online training is an important way for post-service education of kindergarten teachers in the new eraanda powerful guarantee for teachers to improve their professonal qualities.To clarify the current situation of online training for preschol teachers and help improve thequality and eficiencyof online training platforms,this study adopted the methods of questionnaire survey and interview to conduct a survey among preschool teachers in nine districts (counties)of a certain western province.The research finds thatthe online training course resources of kindergartens in this province arecomprehensive in content andcan basically meet the daily training needs of teachers.However,the construction of personalized online training resources is lacking,and some functions of the training platform stillneed tobe expandedand improved.This training resource should highlightthe practicalapplication orientation,play the evaluation function,and met the personalized training needs.Meanwhile,the platform
