The Open Education System in Ankang City Research on the Improvement of Teachers’ Informationization Ability and Literacy

Abstract:In the new era,open education is facing new opportunities and challenges in digital transformation and development.Accelerating the improvement of thecomprehensive information technology ability and literacyof teachers in the cityand county education system is the key to promoting the comprehensive reform of open universities and the high-quality development ofopen education.This article is based on a surveyof the current status of information technology capabilities and literacy among teachers in the open education system of Ankang City.It analyzes the problems that exist among local full-time and part-time teachers in terms of teaching philosophy,technologyapplication,teaching collaboration,andprofessional training.From four aspects:building ahierarchical and classified training system,optimizing practical teaching and research models,improving incentive evaluation and assessment mechanisms,and applying academic and class management,it proposes paths and measures to en
