基于全員質(zhì)量為基礎(chǔ)的質(zhì)量管理體系內(nèi)審研究

摘 要：針對(duì)IATF16949改版后質(zhì)量管理體系發(fā)生的重大變更，為了能夠快速將變更后的質(zhì)量管理體系落地，分析了當(dāng)前質(zhì)量管理體系內(nèi)審現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題，提出全員質(zhì)量審核概念，介紹了基于全員質(zhì)量審核模式實(shí)施質(zhì)量管理體系內(nèi)審的方法。實(shí)踐表明，全員質(zhì)量審核對(duì)提高質(zhì)量管理體系內(nèi)審有效性具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。

Research on the Internal Audit of the Quality Management System Based on the Quality of Employees

Abstract：In view of the major changes of the quality management system after the revision of IATF16949， in order to quickly implement the changed quality management system， the current status quo and existing problems of the internal audit of the quality management system are analyzed， the concept of all-staff quality audit is proposed， and the method of implementing the internal audit of the quality management system based on the all-employee quality audit mode is introduced. Practice shows that the quality audit of all employees is of practical significance to improve the effectiveness of the internal audit of the quality management system.
