汽車空調(diào)接頭密封方式的研究和優(yōu)化探討
摘 要:空調(diào)管路接頭形式對空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的密封性能有著重要的影響,本文以蒸發(fā)器與膨脹閥之間的壓板接頭為例,分析了兩種常見典型的壓板接頭的結(jié)構(gòu)形式、加工方式、尺寸特性等對密封性能的影響,提出了另一種成本相對低且可以確保泄漏性能的技術(shù)方案,為汽車空調(diào)密封連接設計提供參考。

Research and Optimization of Sealing Method of Automobile Air Conditioning Joint

Abstract:The form of air conditioning pipeline joint has an important influence on the sealing performance of air conditioning system. Taking the pressure plate joint between the evaporator and the expansion valve as an example, this paper analyzes the influence of the structure, processing mode and size characteristics of two common typical pressure plate joints on the sealing performance, and proposes another technical scheme with relatively low cost and can ensure leakage performance, which provides a reference for the sealing connection design of automotive air conditioning.
