2022年某市食品安全抽檢結(jié)果分析與建議

【摘要】2022年我公司受某市場監(jiān)督管理局委托，對食品和食用農(nóng)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行抽檢，共抽檢樣品2800批次，其中食品板塊抽檢2107批次，檢出不合格43批次，不合格率為2.04%；食用農(nóng)產(chǎn)品板塊抽檢693批次，檢出不合格56批次，不合格率為8.08%。為食品監(jiān)管和食品安全提供了強(qiáng)有力的數(shù)據(jù)支撐。

Analysis and Suggestions on the Results of Food Safety Sampling in a Certain City in 2022

Abstract： In 2022， our company was commissioned by a certain market supervision and management bureau to conduct spot checks on food and edible agricultural products， with a total of 2800 batches of samples sampled. Among them， 2107 batches were sampled in the food sector， and 43 batches were found to be unqualified， with a failure rate of 2.04%； 693 batches of edible agricultural products were randomly inspected， and 56 batches were found to be unqualified， with a failure rate of 8.08%. It provides strong data support for food regulation and food safety.
