【摘要】本文以食品檢驗為主要研究對象,就食品檢驗中的微生物檢驗過程展開詳細(xì)研究,首先分析食品微生物檢驗工作的有關(guān)要求和原則,然后進(jìn)一步論述食品微生物檢測工作的具體內(nèi)容,最后詳細(xì)論述在食品檢驗中常見的4種微生物檢測技術(shù)。

The Microbiological Inspection Technology in Food Testing

Abstract: This paper takes food inspection as the main research object, and conducts a detailed study on the microbial inspection process in food inspection. First, the relevant requirements and principles of microbial inspection in food are analyzed, and then the specific content of microbial detection in food is further discussed. Finally, elaborate on the four common microbiological testing techniques in food inspection.
