【摘要】本文通過分析各種測量結(jié)果的影響因素，簡述了試驗(yàn)指、棒、銷、鉤、探針的校準(zhǔn)方法，并對測量結(jié)果的不確定度進(jìn)行評定，從而保證校準(zhǔn)試驗(yàn)指、棒、銷、鉤、探針的數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確可靠，為以后測量試具的不確定度評定提供了參考。

Abstract： By analyzing the influencing factors of various measurement results， this paper describes the calibration methods of test finger， rod， pin， hook and probe， and evaluates the uncertainty of measurement results， so as to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the calibration data of test finger， rod， pin， hook and probe， and provide a reference for the uncertainty evaluation of measurement tools in the future.

試具作為用于檢驗(yàn)防止人體觸及危險的部件，主要包括觸及試具（以慣用的方式模仿人體或工具或類似物件的一部分，由人持有用以檢驗(yàn)距離危險部件的足夠間隙的試具）、物體試具（模仿固定異物檢驗(yàn)物體進(jìn)入外殼的可能性的試具）、 IP代碼試具（用以檢驗(yàn)GB/T 4208—2017《外殼防護(hù)等級（IP代碼）》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所規(guī)定的防護(hù)等級的試具）以及其他試具（與IP代碼試具不同的試具），具體用途和分類如表1所示。（剩余3141字）
