0.5級(jí)直流高壓分壓器測(cè)量不確定度評(píng)定及驗(yàn)證

【摘要】基于直流高壓分壓器檢定相關(guān)規(guī)范,采用“差值法”對(duì)直流高壓分壓器分壓比進(jìn)行校準(zhǔn),對(duì)分壓比校準(zhǔn)結(jié)果評(píng)定了測(cè)量不確定度,并采用“傳遞比較法”進(jìn)行了校準(zhǔn)結(jié)果的驗(yàn)證。通過相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不確定度的計(jì)算,提出相應(yīng)的技術(shù)分析建議,有助于提升0.5級(jí)直流高壓分壓器測(cè)量結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性。

Evaluation and Verification of Measurement Uncertainty of 0.5 Level DC High-voltage Voltage Divider

Abstract: Based on the relevant specifications for the verification of DC high-voltage voltage dividers, the "difference method" was used to calibrate the voltage ratio of DC high-voltage voltage dividers. The measurement uncertainty was evaluated for the calibration results, and the calibration results were verified using the "transfer comparison method". By calculating the relative standard uncertainty and proposing corresponding technical analysis suggestions, it is helpful to improve the accuracy of the measurement results of the 0.5 level DC high-voltage divider.

為確保實(shí)驗(yàn)室直流高壓分壓器計(jì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)量值準(zhǔn)確可靠,提高計(jì)量檢定水平,實(shí)驗(yàn)室校準(zhǔn)人員依據(jù)JJG 1007—2005《直流高壓分壓器》檢定規(guī)程,采用“差值法”對(duì)直流高壓分壓器分壓比進(jìn)行校準(zhǔn),并對(duì)分壓比校準(zhǔn)結(jié)果測(cè)量不確定度進(jìn)行評(píng)定。(剩余3087字)
