建筑工程造價的組成影響因素及各階段控制標準措施

【摘要】本文依據(jù)建筑工程中工程造價的組成，結(jié)合影響工程造價的影響因素，從決策、設計、招標、施工、竣工五個階段探討建筑工程造價中各階段的控制措施，以期為工程造價人員的工作提供參考。

Composition and Influencing Factors of Construction Cost and Control Standard Measures in Each Stage

Abstract：According to the composition of the construction cost，combined with the influencing factors of the construction cost，this paper discusses the control measures of each stage of the construction cost from five stages：decision-making，design，bidding，construction and completion，in order to provide reference for the work of the construction cost personnel.
