化工機械設備安裝工程質(zhì)量控制方法探尋

【摘要】在現(xiàn)代化學機械設備裝配過程中，品質(zhì)控制是最基礎、最關鍵的環(huán)節(jié)。通過對化工機械設備安裝情況進行分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)在實際操作中，有關部門對生產(chǎn)過程管理不夠重視，安裝質(zhì)量不能滿足相關規(guī)定。在化工機械安裝過程中，要結(jié)合其特性，采取相應措施，達到更好的安裝效果，保障設備安裝質(zhì)量達標。

Exploration on Quality Control Methods of Chemical Machinery Installation Engineering

Abstract：In the assembly process of modern chemical machinery equipment，quality control is the most basic and critical link. Through the analysis of the installation of chemical machinery and equipment，it was found that in actual operation，the relevant departments did not pay enough attention to the production process management，and the installation quality could not meet the relevant provisions. During the installation of chemical machinery，corresponding measures shall be taken in combination with its characteristics to achieve better installation effect and ensure that the equipment installation quality reaches the standard.
