【摘要】遼寧省地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)DB21/T 2796—2017《葵花籽剝殼成套設(shè)備質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)技術(shù)規(guī)范》于2018年頒布實(shí)施，該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是國(guó)內(nèi)第一部葵花籽剝殼成套設(shè)備地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，為推動(dòng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的貫徹實(shí)施，提高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的應(yīng)用效果，發(fā)揮標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在行業(yè)的引領(lǐng)性作用，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)起草小組對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的主要內(nèi)容予以解讀。

DB21/T 2796-2017 Standard Solution of "Technical Specification For Quality Evaluation of Sunflower Seed Shelling Equipment"

Abstract：In order to promote the implementation of the standard，the drafter of the standard interpreted the technical content of the standard. Liaoning Provincial Local Standard DB21/T 2796—2017 "technical specification for quality evaluation of sunflower seed shelling equipment" was issued and implemented in 2018. This standard is the first local standard for sunflower seed shelling equipment in China. In order to promote the implementation of the standard，improve the application effect of the standard，and play a leading role in the industry，the standard drafting group interpreted the main contents of the standard.
