離子色譜自動(dòng)進(jìn)樣器的故障分析及維護(hù)

【摘要】離子色譜儀用于分析測(cè)定陰、陽(yáng)離子或者離子型化合物，并以選擇性好、穩(wěn)定性好、容載量高、方便、快捷、價(jià)廉等優(yōu)勢(shì)備受青睞。本文根據(jù)故障維修案例，分析了故障原因及解決辦法，并總結(jié)了離子色譜儀在日常使用中容易出現(xiàn)的故障及必要的日常維護(hù)方法，有助于離子色譜儀的正常運(yùn)行并延長(zhǎng)使用壽命。

Failure Analysis and Maintenance of Automatic Sampler for Ion Chromatography

Abstract：Analysis and determination of anionic， cationic， or ionic compounds by ion chromatography. Its advantages of good selectivity，good stability，high capacity，convenience，rapidity，and low price. According to the fault maintenance cases，the fault causes and solutions are analyzed，the trouble and troubleshooting during routine maintenance and use were put forward，it facilitated the ion chromatography instrument to work effectively and prolong the service life of the instrument.
