【摘要】本文對(duì)新時(shí)代檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室新特征進(jìn)行剖析，提出積極響應(yīng)多合一認(rèn)證認(rèn)可法規(guī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方面的落實(shí)舉措；圍繞國(guó)防實(shí)驗(yàn)室新時(shí)代安全管控要求，兼顧統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展的同時(shí)嚴(yán)把項(xiàng)目安全管控，提出控制措施；探討檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室流程再造、優(yōu)化、升級(jí)等。

Exploration and Research on the Construction and Management of Testing Laboratories in the New Era

Abstract：This paper analyzes the new characteristics of testing laboratories in the new era，and puts forward measures to actively respond to the multi in one certification and accreditation laws and standards. Focusing on the requirements of security management and control in the new era of national defense laboratories，taking into account the overall development，while strictly controlling the project security management and control，propose control measures. Finally，it discusses the process reengineering，optimization and upgrading of testing laboratories.
