【摘  要】文章采用有限元分析法，求解不同尺寸PCB焊接端子的裝配力，探討其微尺度公差對裝配力的影響，為端子設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化提供依據(jù)，并通過試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證，得出合理的公差設(shè)計(jì)。

【Abstract】In this paper，finite element analysis was used to solve the assembly force of PCB welding terminals of different sizes，and the influence of micro-scale tolerance on assembly force was discussed，which provided a basis for terminal design optimization. Through experimental verification，reasonable tolerance design was obtained.
