汽車低壓線束布置淺析

【摘  要】針對汽車上裝載的電器件數(shù)量增加導(dǎo)致的整車低壓線束質(zhì)量增加，文章遵循線束布置原則，介紹低壓線束拓?fù)湓O(shè)計以及跨越動靜態(tài)的線束段布置，為低壓線束布置提供參考。

【Abstract】In view of the increase in the weight of the vehicle low-voltage wiring harness due to the increase in the number of electrical components loaded on the vehicle，this paper introduces the topology design of the low-voltage wiring harness and the layout of the wiring harness segment across the dynamic and static， which provides reference for the low-voltage wiring harness layout of the vehicle.

隨著節(jié)能減排、動力性、駕駛舒適性及便利性的需求，混合動力、電動汽車、自動駕駛等技術(shù)的應(yīng)用，汽車上裝載的電器件數(shù)量已近300個，低壓線束的質(zhì)量從10kg增加到20kg以上，部分車型可能達(dá)到40kg以上。（剩余3953字）
