混合功率器件動(dòng)態(tài)仿真分析及驅(qū)動(dòng)優(yōu)化方法

【摘 要】文章針對(duì)SiC及IGBT混合并聯(lián)功率器件進(jìn)行仿真分析,研究混合功率器件動(dòng)態(tài)開(kāi)關(guān)特性,通過(guò)優(yōu)化SiC及IGBT的控制方式降低開(kāi)關(guān)損耗,進(jìn)一步在控制方式上進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,達(dá)到更理想的動(dòng)態(tài)特性,并進(jìn)行仿真驗(yàn)證。

【Abstract】Simulate and analyze SiC and IGBT hybrid parallel power devices,study the dynamic switching characteristics of hybrid power devices,reduce switching losses by optimizing the control methods of SiC and IGBT,further optimize the control methods to achieve more ideal dynamic characteristics,and confirm through simulation verification.
