【摘 要】文章先從真空鍍鋁的基本原理分析鍍鋁層脫落的形成機(jī)理,然后從結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、底涂、硅油、蒸發(fā)舟的參數(shù)、注塑件表面品質(zhì)、外部環(huán)境等角度探討真空鍍鋁層脫落的一系列影響因素和相關(guān)對(duì)策,并從在線檢測(cè)和試驗(yàn)的角度,提出真空鍍鋁品質(zhì)的評(píng)價(jià)方法,最后基于某一項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐驗(yàn)證對(duì)策和評(píng)價(jià)方法的有效性。

Mechanism on Metallization Layers Peeling-off of Lamp Reflectors and Its Countermeasures

【Abstract】By referring to the principle of vacuum metallization process,this arcitle investigates the mechanism of metallization layer peeling-off phenomena. From the perspectives of structure design,bottom painting,silicon oil,vacuum chamber parameters setting,aspect quality of injection parts and exterior environment,it studies the root causes of vacuum aluminum layer peeling-off and its countermeasures. It also proposes the assessment method of aspect quality on vacuum layers based on the on-line checking and testing. By practicing with one project,it proves the reasonability of these countermeasures and assessment methods.
