【摘  要】隨著環(huán)衛(wèi)行業(yè)電動化發(fā)展迅速，行業(yè)中存在的一些痛點問題也日益顯著，這將不利于后續(xù)的快速發(fā)展。在此背景下，文章從銷售和故障統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)角度入手分析目前新能源環(huán)衛(wèi)車行業(yè)底盤的痛點，分別從產(chǎn)品設計、產(chǎn)品制造、產(chǎn)品售后3大方面進行解析，并舉實際案例進行闡述，最后針對各個問題提出解決措施。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of electrification in the sanitation industry，some pain points and problems in the industry are becoming increasingly prominent，which will be unfavorable for subsequent rapid development. In this context，the article analyzes the pain points of the chassis in the current new energy sanitation vehicle industry from the perspective of sales and fault statistics data，and analyzes them from three major aspects： product design，product manufacturing，and product after-sales. Practical cases are also used to explain，and finally solutions are proposed for each problem.

2023年11月14日，工業(yè)和信息化部、交通運輸部等8個部門已印發(fā)《關于啟動第一批公共領域車輛全面電動化先行區(qū)試點的通知》，確定北京、深圳、成都、重慶、鄭州、寧波、廈門、濟南、石家莊、唐山、柳州、海口、長春、銀川、鄂爾多斯等15個城市為此次試點城市。（剩余4711字）
