【摘  要】對于車架線束的降成本設計，本文從國產(chǎn)化、耗材的合理應用、設計的優(yōu)化、元件選型及固定方式的優(yōu)化5個方面進行了詳細的闡述。實踐證明，通過對線束做以上5個方面的改善，線束制作的成本會明顯降低。

【Abstract】For the cost-reducing design of the frame wiring harness，this article elaborates on five aspects：localization，reasonable application of consumables，design optimization，component selection and optimization of fixing methods. Practice has proved that by improving the design of the wiring harness in the above three aspects，the cost of wiring harness manufacturing will be significantly reduced.
