某PHEV車型EMC試驗(yàn)方法、超標(biāo)分析與解決

【摘 要】應(yīng)對(duì)EMC國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T 18387—2017和GB 34660—2017,具體針對(duì)某款混合動(dòng)力汽車電磁兼容超標(biāo)問題進(jìn)行分析,通過排除法和對(duì)比法,對(duì)超標(biāo)零部件進(jìn)行具體定位,并提出相關(guān)EMC的解決方案,使整車試驗(yàn)通過國(guó)標(biāo)測(cè)試,滿足開發(fā)要求。

【Abstract】The EMC national standards GB/T 18387—2017 and GB 34660—2017 is applied to analyze the electromagnetic compatibility over-standard problems of a hybrid electric vehicle. Through exclusion and comparison methods,the over-standard parts are positioned specifically,and the relevant EMC solutions are put forward to make the whole vehicle test pass the national standard test and meet the development requirements.
