【摘 要】本文對車用動力電池的高壓繼電器的控制技術(shù)進(jìn)行分析和研究,在對動力電池繼電器的控制要求分析的基礎(chǔ)上,深入探討繼電器的預(yù)充電、繼電器粘連、絕緣檢測監(jiān)控等保護(hù)功能,進(jìn)而合理設(shè)計繼電器的高壓上電流程管理、高壓下電流程管理和高壓繼電器的狀態(tài)監(jiān)測方案和思路,以保障繼電器的安全使用。

【Abstract】This paper analyzes and studies the control method of high voltage battery relay.Based onthe control requirements of the high voltage relay,the relay control strategies discussed,includingpre-charging,relay adhesion,insulation detection and monitor function. Then the relay control strategy designed to ensurethe safe use of the relay,which were high-voltage on-power flow management,high-voltage off-power flow managementand the state monitoring scheme.
