關(guān)于提升學前教育男生專業(yè)認同感的思考
摘 要:隨著社會的發(fā)展,學前教育越來越受到重視。然而學前教育男生的數(shù)量不僅少,專業(yè)認同感也處于中下水平。面對該問題,文章分析了學前教育專業(yè)男生專業(yè)認同感現(xiàn)狀,并從加強學生的專業(yè)認識、發(fā)揮專任教師及“重要他人”的作用、通過學校的推動及國家層面的支持方面突出相應的對策。

Abstract:With the development of society,preschool education has been paid more and more attention.In this issue,the article analyzes the status quo of the professional identity of boys in preschool education,and has enhanced the role of students' professional understanding,played fulltime teachers and "important others",andThrough the school's promotion and the national level support,the corresponding countermeasures are highlighted.
