新工科本科人才創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)模式的實(shí)踐探索

摘要 在新工科背景下，高校應(yīng)重點(diǎn)培養(yǎng)和提高學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐能力。本研究針對上述要求，提出并實(shí)踐了創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)“五部曲”新模式，構(gòu)建以學(xué)生為主體的運(yùn)行模式，多元化協(xié)同創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)平臺，著力實(shí)現(xiàn)新工科人才的創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)，響應(yīng)新時代國家對人才創(chuàng)新能力的更高要求。

Exploration and Practice of Training Mode of Innovative Ability of Undergraduate Talents in New Engineering

Abstract Under the background of new engineering， colleges and universities should focus on cultivating and improving students' innovative practical ability. In response to the above requirements， this study has put forward andpracticed the new mode of "five steps" for the cultivation of innovative talents， built a student-centered operation mode， diversified and collaborative innovative talent cultivation platform， focused on the cultivation of innovative ability of new engineering talents， and responded to the higher requirements of the country for talent innovation ability in the new era.
