SCR脫硝分區(qū)噴氨取樣裝置模擬研究及優(yōu)化

摘  要:近年來(lái),分區(qū)噴氨控制技術(shù)廣泛應(yīng)用于燃煤電廠,但其可靠性往往依賴(lài)于其測(cè)量取樣系統(tǒng)的準(zhǔn)確性。該文采用數(shù)值模擬方法(CFD)對(duì)某測(cè)量裝置取樣管進(jìn)行模擬,提出結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化方案,優(yōu)化后實(shí)現(xiàn)取樣管內(nèi)流量的均勻分布,最后分析不同取樣布置方式對(duì)均流取樣的影響。

Abstract: In recent years, the partitioned ammonia injection control technology has been widely applied in coal-fired power plants, but its reliability often depends on the accuracy of its measurement and sampling system. This article uses a numerical simulation method CFD to simulate the sampling tube of a measuring device, proposes a structural optimization scheme, and achieves uniform distribution of flow inside the sampling tube after optimization. Finally, the influence of different sampling arrangements on uniform flow sampling is analyzed.
