摘  要：文章分析《建設(shè)項目環(huán)境保護(hù)管理條例》《建設(shè)項目竣工環(huán)境保護(hù)驗收暫行辦法》等法規(guī)及管理辦法更新頒布以來，企業(yè)在開展建設(shè)項目竣工環(huán)境保護(hù)驗收工作時存在的主要問題及形成原因，并就現(xiàn)存問題提出有效的解決對策及優(yōu)化建議。

Abstract： This paper analyzes the laws and regulations and management methods such as the "Regulations on Environmental Protection Management of Construction Projects" and the "Interim Measures for Environmental Protection Acceptance of Construction Projects" since they were updated and promulgated， as well as the main problems and causes of enterprises in carrying out the acceptance work of environmental protection after the completion of construction projects， and puts forward effective countermeasures and optimization suggestions for the existing problems.
