二維碼技術(shù)在鋼箱梁制造過(guò)程中的應(yīng)用研究

摘  要：文章針對(duì)鋼箱梁制作過(guò)程中的條碼追溯進(jìn)行研究，主要是通過(guò)信息化手段將二維碼追溯技術(shù)應(yīng)用在鋼箱梁全生命周期制造過(guò)程中。通過(guò)二維碼追溯對(duì)鋼箱梁制造過(guò)程進(jìn)行精細(xì)化管理，在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行噴碼設(shè)備以及耗材的選型等，形成鋼箱梁制造追溯過(guò)程整體解決方案。

Abstract： This paper will study the bar code traceability in the manufacturing process of steel box girders， mainly by means of information technology to apply the two-dimensional code traceability technology in the whole life cycle manufacturing process of steel box girders. Through the fine management of the steel box girder manufacturing process through the QR code traceability， and on this basis， the selection of spray coding equipment and consumables is carried out to form an overall solution for the steel box girder manufacturing traceability process.
