摘  要：總圖運輸設(shè)計是一個綜合性的工作，需要解決各種矛盾和問題，與建設(shè)項目的規(guī)模、不同階段、使用功能、場地自然條件等多種因素相關(guān)，因此應(yīng)有全局觀念，因地制宜，以安全可靠、經(jīng)濟(jì)適用，以合理的投資獲得最佳的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會效益。

Abstract： The general plan and transportation design is a comprehensive work， which needs to solve various contradictions and problems， which are related to many factors， such as the scale， different stages， use functions， site natural conditions and so on. Therefore， there should be an overall concept and measures should be taken in accordance with local conditions， to obtain the best economic and social benefits with safe， reliable， economical， applicable， and reasonable investment.
