摘要：在科技高速發(fā)展的時(shí)代，科技創(chuàng)新需要激活全經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新活性，必須努力營(yíng)造技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的社會(huì)氛圍，而專利保障正是為技術(shù)創(chuàng)新?lián)纹鹆艘话驯Ｕ蟼?，所以專利及商?biāo)等的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保障變得尤為重要。文章對(duì)基于區(qū)塊鏈的非同質(zhì)化代幣在知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了研究，旨在讓知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)能夠得到更好的保護(hù)。

Abstract：In the era of rapid technological development，technological innovation needs to activate the technological innovation activity of the whole economy and society，and efforts must be made to create a social atmosphere for technological innovation，and patent protection just holds up an umbrella for technological innovation，so intellectual property protection of patents， trademarks，etc. has become particularly important.This article studies the application of blockchain-based non-fungible tokens in the field of intellectual property，aiming to better protect intellectual property.

1 引言

隨著科技的飛速發(fā)展，科技原始創(chuàng)新和知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)問(wèn)題日益突出，雖然目前采取了各種知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)措施，但還是有一些領(lǐng)域會(huì)出現(xiàn)侵害專利權(quán)、制售假冒產(chǎn)品的情況，擾亂了我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)秩序。（剩余4069字）
