花期對梔子花功能成分含量及抗氧化活性的影響

Abstract:Gardenia jasminoides flowers haveedible,medicinal,andcosmeticvalue.To investigatetheefctof flowering timeonthefunctionalcomponentsandantioxidantactivitiesofGardeniajasminoides,andtoidentifythebestharvesting periodfordiffrentapplications,we measuredthecontentoffunctionalcomponentsandtheantioxidantactivitiesof Gardeniajasminoidesatdiffrentflowering stages,andexploredthecorelationsbetween thesecomponentsandtheirantioxidantactivities.Thefindings indicatedthatthereweresignificantdiferencesinthecontentoffunctionalcomponentsof Gardeniajasminoidesflowersat different flowering stages. The contentsofprotein,carbohydrate,and dietaryfiberwere thehighest in the blooming stage. The highest concentrations of geniposide,total phenols,total flavonoids,and total iridoids were recorded during the emergence stage,at ( 27.55±2.76 )mg/g,(35.30±0.67)mg/ g ,(17.09±0.93) mg/g ,and(101.70±3.02)mg/g,respectively. Significant
positivecorrelations were identified between the contents of total flavonoids and total iridoids with 2,2′ -azino-bis (3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonicacid)(ABTS)radical scavengingcapacity,1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)radical scavenging capacity and ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP)( r>0 ! P<0. 05)in Gardenia jasminoides flowers.A significant positive correlation was also found between total phenolcontent and the DPPH radical scavenging capacity( r>0 , (2號 P<0.05 ).Comprehensive analysis revealed thatGardenia jasminoides flowers in the blooming stage had the highest nutritional value,whilethoseintheemergencestage exhibitedthe strongest antioxidantactivity.Consideringboth yieldand quality,Gardenia jasminoides flowers in the emergence and blooming stages have higher medicinal value.

梔子花是茜草科梔子屬植物梔子(Gardenia jas-minoidesJ.Ellis)的花朵,是傳統(tǒng)的食材原料、臨床藥材和優(yōu)良的妝用原料[1-5],梔子花中富含糖類、蛋白質(zhì)、礦物質(zhì)和膳食纖維等營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)及酚酸類、黃酮類、萜類等成分[6-10],具有清熱解毒、止咳化痰、抑菌消炎和保肝利膽等作用。(剩余11238字)
