甘藍(lán)型油菜OSCA家族基因鑒定及其在非生物脅迫下的表達(dá)分析

Abstract:Hyperosmolarity-gate calcium-permeable channels(OSCA)playa significant role in the response of plants to abiotic stress.To elucidate the response mechanism of BnaOSCA family members under abiotic stress,this study identified 37 OSCA genes from the whole genome of Brassica napus and analyzed the gene structure,protein properties,and expresion paterns.The results showed that these 37 OSCA genes were unevenly distributed on 13 chromosomes and could bedivided intothreesubfamilies.Membersof thesamesubfamilyhadconservedgenestructuresandconserved motifs,and thepromoter regions of BnaOSCA family genes contained avariety of cis -actingelementsrelated to abioticstressand hormoneresponses.The collinearity analysisresults indicatedthat gene loss ocurredduring theevolutionof the BnaOSCA family genes,and gene family expansion also took place.Undersaltanddrought stress,therelative expresion levelsof BnaOSCA family genes varied,indicating that BnaOSCA family genes played diferent regulatory roles inthe response to abiotic stress.This study provides a basis for further perfecting the regulatory network of BnaOSCA family genes.

鈣通透性陽(yáng)離子通道蛋白OSCA(Hyperosmolar-ity-gatecalcium-permeablechannels)是一類非選擇性通道,作為植物中首個(gè)被鑒定的滲透壓感受型鈣離子通道,在感知胞外滲透壓變化和調(diào)控植物生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育中發(fā)揮重要作用[1-3]
在模式植物擬南芥(Arabidopsisthaliana)中,已鑒定出15個(gè)OSCA家族成員,這些成員具有高度保守的氨基酸序列,并攜帶與植物抗逆性相關(guān)的DUF221結(jié)構(gòu)域[45]。(剩余12208字)
