摘  要  為解決人才培養(yǎng)中的痛點，以教育部現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制試點為抓手，從育人理念、人才培養(yǎng)體系、人才培養(yǎng)模式、產(chǎn)學(xué)研平臺建設(shè)、育人機(jī)制等方面進(jìn)行工匠工坊人才培養(yǎng)模式創(chuàng)新與實踐，全面提升現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量，成功探索出一條“工匠型、創(chuàng)新型”高素質(zhì)技術(shù)技能人才培養(yǎng)之路。

Abstract  In order to innovate the talent training mode of modern apprenticeship system， to solve the

pain points and comorbidities in cultivation of ta-

lents， the Ministry of Education modern apprentice-ship pilot as the starting point，innovation and practice of talent training mode of “Craftsman Workshop” are carried out from the aspects of education concept， talent training system， talent training mode， construction of industry-university-research platform and education mechanism，we will comprehensively improve the quality and level of

modern apprenticeship training，successfully explore the craftsman and innovative path of high-quality technical skills training.
