【摘要】目的：分析泵注右美托咪定聯(lián)合腰硬聯(lián)合麻醉在患者下肢骨折手術(shù)中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：選取90例下肢骨折患者，采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法進(jìn)行分組，即對(duì)照組45例，實(shí)行腰硬聯(lián)合麻醉，觀察組45例，實(shí)行泵注右美托咪定聯(lián)合腰硬聯(lián)合麻醉，比較兩組患者麻醉效果、血流動(dòng)力學(xué)、麻醉恢復(fù)質(zhì)量、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率。結(jié)果：相較于對(duì)照組，觀察組麻醉起效時(shí)間、麻醉阻滯起效時(shí)間、麻醉維持時(shí)間均較短（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the application effect of pumping dexmedetomidine combined with combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in patients with lower extremity fracture surgery.Methods：90 patients with lower extremity fractures were selected and grouped by random number table method，namely，45 cases in the control group were given combined spinal-epidural anesthesia，and 45 cases in the observation group were given pump injection of dexmedetomidine combined with combined spinal-epidural anesthesia.The anesthetic effect，hemodynamics，the quality of anesthetic recovery and the incidence of complications were compared between the two group.Results：Compared with the control group，the onset time of anesthesia，the onset time of anesthesia block，and the duration of anesthesia in the observation group were shorter（P
