2022年沙療、艾灸、TDP治療退行性骨關(guān)節(jié)病的比較性研究

【摘要】目的：探討沙療、艾灸、TDP在退行性骨關(guān)節(jié)病中的臨床療效。方法：于2019年9月—2022年3月間收集800例退行性骨關(guān)節(jié)病患者的臨床資料，隨機(jī)將患者分為艾灸組、TDP（特定電磁波譜）組與沙療組。艾灸組240例，TDP組300例，沙療組260例。比較三組臨床療效。結(jié)果：三組患者VAS、WOMAC評(píng)分隨治療時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)下降，到治療后12周時(shí)開始穩(wěn)定或有所回升，治療3、6、12、24周時(shí)，TDP組VAS、WOMAC評(píng)分顯著低于沙療組和艾灸組（P0.05）；TDP組總有效率高于沙療組和艾灸組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of sand therapy，moxibustion，TDP in degenerative osteoarthropathy. Methods：The clinical data of 800 patients with degenerative osteoarthropathy were collected from September 2019 to March 2022.The patients were randomly divided into moxibustion group，special electromagnetic spectrum （TDP） group and sand therapy group.There were 240 cases in moxibustion group，300 cases in TDP group and 260 cases in sand therapy group.The clinical effects of the three groups were compared.
