【摘要】目的：探究經(jīng)尿道前列腺剜除術(shù)在重度前列腺增生患者中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：選擇本院100例重度前列腺增生患者進(jìn)行分組治療，對照組進(jìn)行常規(guī)治療，研究組進(jìn)行經(jīng)尿道前列腺剜除術(shù)，觀察兩組患者的臨床數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果：研究組的臨床療效及性功能均高于對照組（P0.05）；治療后3個(gè)月，兩組指標(biāo)均有顯著改善，且研究組各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)更優(yōu)，組間比較差異顯著（P

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the effect of transurethral enucleation of prostatein patients with severe prostatic hyperplasia.
