【摘要】目的：探究在圍絕經(jīng)期功能失調(diào)性子宮出血患者中應(yīng)用奧倫自理模式護(hù)理干預(yù)的臨床療效和價(jià)值。方法：選擇圍絕經(jīng)期功能失調(diào)性子宮出血患者110例作為研究對(duì)象，以護(hù)理方式的不同作為分組標(biāo)準(zhǔn)均分為兩組，各55例。對(duì)照組患者接受常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上采取奧倫自理模式護(hù)理，對(duì)比兩組臨床護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：護(hù)理后，兩組SAS、SDS評(píng)分均下降，且觀察組低于對(duì)照組（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy and value of nursing intervention with Oren self-care model in patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods： A total of 110 patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were selected as the research subjects，and they were divided into two groups，with 55 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing care，and the patients in the observation group were treated with the Oren self-care model nursing on the basis of the control group，and the clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
