Hcy、β2-MG、Cys-C、hs-CRP與原發(fā)性高血壓的相關(guān)性分析

【摘要】目的:探討同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)、胱抑素C(Cys-C)、超敏C-反應(yīng)蛋白(hs-CRP)與原發(fā)性高血壓(EH)的相關(guān)性。方法:選擇200例EH患者(EH組)和200例體檢者(對(duì)照組),檢測(cè)Hcy、β2-MG、Cys-C、hs-CRP和生化項(xiàng)目。結(jié)果:與對(duì)照組比較,EH組BMI、SBP、DBP、TG、TC、HDL顯著增高,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);EH組Hcy、β2-MG、Cys-C、hs-CRP高于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P

【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the relationship between Homocysteine(Hcy),β2-microglobulin(β2-MG),cystatin C(CysC),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and essential hypertension.Methods:200 patients with EH (EH group) and 200 physical examiners (control group) were selected to detect Hcy,β2-MG,Cys-C,hs-CRP and biochemical items.Results:The BMI,SBP,DBP,TG,TC and HDL in EH group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P0.05);Hcy,β2-MG,Cys-C,hs-CRP in EH group were higher than those in the control group(P
