產(chǎn)后延續(xù)護理模式對促進母乳喂養(yǎng)的效果觀察

【摘要】目的：分析產(chǎn)后延續(xù)護理模式對促進母乳喂養(yǎng)的效果。方法：選取在2020年6月—2021年6月期間我院收治的產(chǎn)婦共180例作為研究對象，采用亂數(shù)表法隨機分為對照組90例和研究組90例，對照組采取常規(guī)產(chǎn)科護理模式，研究組采取產(chǎn)后延續(xù)性護理模式。比較兩組產(chǎn)婦喂養(yǎng)方式及對母乳喂養(yǎng)知識、技能掌握程度。 結(jié)果：兩組產(chǎn)婦喂養(yǎng)方式比較，對照組純母乳喂養(yǎng)21例，純母乳喂養(yǎng)率23.33%；研究組純母乳喂養(yǎng)57例，純母乳喂養(yǎng)率63.33%；研究組純母乳喂養(yǎng)率高于對照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the effect of postpartum continuous nursing model on promoting breastfeeding.Methods：A total of 180 pregnant women treated in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into 90 cases in the control group and 90 cases in the study group by random number table method.The control group adopted the routine obstetric nursing mode，and the study group adopted the postpartum continuous nursing mode.The feeding methods，knowledge and skills of breastfeeding were compared between the two groups.Results：There were 21 cases of pure breastfeeding in the control group，and the rate of pure breastfeeding was 23.33%；In the study group，there were 57 cases of exclusive breastfeeding，and the exclusive breastfeeding rate was 63.33%；The rate of exclusive breast feeding in the study group was higher than that in the control group （P
